Hillary grew up in Houston, Texas, before attending Tulane University and graduating in 2013 with a degree in Legal Studies in Business. She then attended the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver. There, she served as Business Editor on the Denver Law Review, participated as a student attorney in the Civil Litigation Clinic providing legal assistance to low-income clients, was awarded the Outstanding Student Award in the Judicial Externship Program for her clerkship in the 1st Judicial District of Colorado, and earned the Corporate and Commercial Law Certificate.
Hillary is licensed to practice before the state and federal courts of Montana. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Montana State Bar, the Gallatin County Bar Association, and the Montana Association on Criminal Defense Lawyers. Her practice focuses on family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, and business law.
